Chemical Analysis
Characteristics
The Ti content, which is five times the C content, has a stabilizing effect against the precipitation of Cr carbides around the crystals. In fact, the Ti forms, with the C, carbides that are well distributed within the grain and stable. The material presents a high intercrystalline corrosion resistance.
Example Of Use
Parts subjected to high temperatures in the presence of chlorine ions. Blades for gas turbines, bottles, welded structures, manifolds. Food and chemical industry.
Quality
The quality of EUREINOX products is closely linked to the quality of raw materials used. To this end, we have been able to establish valuable relationships with the best European steel mills over the years, thereby allowing us to utilize the highest quality materials available on the market in our production lines and optimize on our experience in casting.
The complete list of products is also in Eure Inox catalogue.
EURE+ Materials
The materials indicated with “+” can also be provided in the Eure+ type. They are materials obtained through a process of fabrication that makes them suitable for high speeds and for the use on automatic machines.
